Description

The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities for a long term ground lease opportunity at Beale Air Force Base. The objective of this project is to develop approximately 334 acres located at the southwestern portion of Beale AFB. The assets available for lease include a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) on approximately 19 acres, an approximately 218-acre Rail Accessible Development Opportunity, and an approximately 97-acre Light Industrial Site.
