The purpose of the Request for Quote (RFQ) is to obtain services of Clerical Support Unit(s) for Local, Regional, and Nationwide fire suppression, all-risk incidents. The overall mission of these services is to provide 24-hour office services capable of producing 400 copies of 40 pages, twice per day in 3 hours or less. Units shall be self-contained, with adequate supplies for at least 7 days, contain 36-inch format plotter capability, and be climate-controlled. Resources furnished under this agreement may be operated and subjected to unimproved roads, steep, rocky, hilly terrain, dust, heat, and smoky conditions. The solicitation will be available electronically and will be posted in Federal Business Opportunities on approximately March 20, 2008.
