This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year Plus (4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 120 days ARO. Surge and Sustainment is required. The DLA Direct shipment location is within CONUS.. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity, which is 1,044 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 261 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 2,088 each. This is solicited as Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation issue date is March 18, 2008.
