Description

100% small business set-aside. The W.W. Hastings Indian Hospital Cleft Lip and Palate Program, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, has a short term requirement, simplified acquisition-fixed price type contract, for orthodontic services (dental and skeletal malocclusions which are secondary to cleft lip, or cleft lip and cleft palate defects) for eligible American Indians. Services shall be provided in contractor's facility. Eligible patients will be referred to the Contractor by the Cleft Palate Program. Estimated performance period is May 15, 2008, to September 30, 2008. Solicitation RFQ 246-08-Q-0015 will be released o/a March 14, 2008 and will close April 14, 2008.
