This item is a critical Application item with Configuration Control. The technical data package for this NSN is Export controlled. This NSN requires a Government Furnished Mylar. This Mylar will be furnished to the awardee within 30 days from date of award. This NSN requires a First Article Test by the Government. The First Article is due 120 days from date of award. Production Delivery is 274 days after acceptance of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set aside. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
