Radiological Interpretation Synopsis The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement as Government furnished property or services, provide all labor, equipment, supervision, management, and facilities necessary to perform radiological interpretation support services for Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Radiological interpretation services shall be performed at the contractor-owned and operated facility. Services shall include interpretation of the following types, both under routine service and stat service by the contractor personnel: ultrasounds, x-rays, magnetic resonance images (MRI?s), and computed tomography (CT) scans. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract with a base year and three (3) one-year options. Base year period of performance will be from 1 Aug 08 through 31 Jul 09. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 621512 and the small business size standard is $12,500,000. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 28 April 08 via Fed Biz Opps (FBO). All prospective offerors are encouraged to register for notification through FBO to obtain any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
