The U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine requires a Mobile Laboratory Vehicle, medium-truck conventional chassis with custom van body, to perform stationary, air pollution sampling at Department of Army installations throughtout the Continental United States(CONUS). The GSA Automotive Acquisition Support Division will manage the procurement which is open to all responsive and responsibple offerors. Offers shall be in English and in US Dollars and award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. The vehicle will be built, inspected, and delivery made in 180 days after contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 3/14/08 and close on 4/14/08. The solicitation must be downloaded at FEDBIZOPS, http;//www.eps.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available.
