Description: The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, has a requirement to develop a design for replacement of the existing Memory Loader Verifier (MLV) utilized for the loading and unloading of software into the AN/APQ-174B Multi-Mode Radar (MMR) Radar Interface Unit (RIU) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU). Three (3) prototype units will be produced and two (2) of which will be delivered in the configuration for fielding, with an option for four additional units. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award this requirement to Raytheon, CO. 2501 W. University Dr., McKinney, TX, 75071 on a sole source basis. Raytheon, Co., owns the technical data package of the existing Memory Loader/Verifier (MLV) therefore; specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished.
