BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR GRADUATION DAY AND CADET RECEIVING DAY AT THE U. S. MILITARY ACADEMY, WEST POINT, NY 10996 February 25, 2008 The U.S. Military Academy will be soliciting for a Firm Fixed Price contract for bus services consisting of multiple buses for various transportation requirements during Graduation Day and Cadet Receiving Day (R Day).A sampling of Transportation routes are Thayer Hotel, Parade Field, Boat Dock, parking lots, et.al. The planned solici tation release date is March 10, 2007. The required dates for service in base year 2008 are May 31, 2008 for Graduation Day and June 30, 2008 for R Day. The solicitation will also contain a request for option pricing for four additional years resulting i n an anticipated five year contract. Specific dates for the option years will be provided at a later date. The solicitation will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. FOB Destination. NAICS Code: 485410. Size Standard: $6.5 Million.
