On or about 22 February 2008, a solicitation will be issued for the following work: The Cont ractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a new concrete boat ramp and expand an existing parking lot at the New Town Marina Recreation Area. The project site is located approximately 2 miles west of New Town, ND. All work to be performed as per the attached plans and specifications. All work to be complete by May 15, 2008. See the specifications for additional details. This requirement will be a Total HUBZone Set Aside in accordance with FAR Clau se 52.219-3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237990 with a small business size standard of $31 million. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Please ensure this NAICS code is incorporated in your current CCR profile since failure to have this NAICS code current may result in not being considered for the award. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database & h ave an active registration on Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to be eligible for award.
