Vendors will provide a capability package and answer the questions included below when responding to this sources sought notice. Please respond via email to carol.ditmer@peterson.af.mil. Sources sought for a non-personal services for a telephone-based nurse assessment, triage and homecare advice and support service. Service is required to answer telephone calls from beneficiaries after clinic hours, holidays, and weekends for four military installations. All calls to the Nurse Triage service shall be answered using nationally recognized and physician-approved clinical protocols and guidelines. The service will document beneficiary information, and provide the appropriate follow-up as outlined by protocols. Vendor shall have qualified personnel to handle calls from Wyoming, Colorado, California, and Montana, with the capability to add additional personnel for other states. All calls shall be answered by U.S. residents, and all nurses shall be U.S. residents. Vendors shall have a proven track record of providing a successful service of this type, and have experience with handling Personal Reliability Program (PRP) customers.
