Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit Stanford University, Palo Alto CA on a sole source basis for support in the development of Rapid Thermal Exchange Technology for Underwater Applications. Technologies under investigation for incorporation into underwater applications have been or are currently being evaluated at Stanford University for other applications, and NSWC PCD intends to leverage the results of Stanford University's efforts to eliminate or minimize any duplication of efforts. Therefore, no other company is in the position to provide the required support. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. Period of performance will be fifteen (15) months from issuance of the order. NAICS Code 541710 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is AD23
