Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This requirement will involve the procurement of services to develop an operational analysis model that will enable quantitative analysis of approximately 70 technology concepts across a set of alternative future scenarios in order to produce a prioritized list of investments for a HQ USAF/CS-directed Blue Horizons study. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intents to award a sole source (See approved sole source justification below) fixed price contract to Innovative Decisions, Inc., 270 Fairway Lane, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. If any interested parties can fulfill this requirement, please provide statement of interest to this office NLT 12:00 noon CDST on 19 Feb 2008. Electronic submissions are acceptable.
