On September 19-20 th in Seattle, WA, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will offer a free two-day training seminar for federal construction contractors and contracting officials to provide information on the rules governing prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon Act and Executive Order 13658 establishing a minimum wage for contractors.
