Paint Services Price List Statement of Work BPA Special Instructions (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912R1-17-T-0017 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (IV) This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for HUBZone SMALL business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 238320; Standard Industrial Classification code is 1721; Small Business size standard is 15M. (V) SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See attached Price List (VI) This solicitation is for Painting and Wall Covering Services IAW industry standards/SOW. (VII) FOB Destination point is: 113th Wing Joint Base Andrews, Agreement estimated Period of Performance: 15 August 2017 thru 14 August 2023 (Estimated) (VIII) The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial in its latest edition applies to this solicitation. (IX) The government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement to one or more companies to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the government. The Contractor shall submit a complete proposal to include: 1.) Completed Paint Services Price List w/ company name.
