U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: ARIZONA City: Tucson Delineated Area: North: Grant Rd; South: Congress St; East: 6 th Ave; West: N. Silverbell Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,750 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,416 Space Type: Office and Unique Space Parking Spaces (Total): Parking Spaces (Surface): Per City Code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 FOR OFFICIAL GOVT VEHICLES Full Term: 10 YEARS Firm Term: 5 YEARS Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •· Modern, Class A or B office building •· Space must be contiguous. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest.
