NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Philadelphia Office intends to procure, for the Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRF) Sponsorship Outreach Support Services hosted by Society of Hispanic Engineers. SHPE is the only organization that can host this type of Services to support the US Navy recruiting opportunities and outreach venues to reach the Hispanic student market. This requirement will establish a set of activities that will support the Navys mission of recruiting and retaining. Participating in SHPE will provide the Navy the opportunity to expand the scope of our involvement and increase the Hispanic representation within our Navy, and strengthen our relationship with this organizations regional leadership. SHPE event will provide increased visibility and awareness of the US Navy to the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic (STEM) Hispanic students. The The NRC will participate in several events showcasing outreach and recruiting venues through a number of events scheduled throughout the year. The Navys recruiting mission is to aggressively recruit the best and the brightest students to serve our nation. SHPE will provide the Navy access to these talented and diverse students. This is a sole source action to be awarded to Society of Hispanic Engineers. SHPE is the only Vendor who can supply the required services for this acquisition. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order will be issued as a result. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
