The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for Drydock and Ship Repair of USCGC POLAR STAR, home ported in Seattle, WA. This requirement will be procured through a single award commercial Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with firm-fixed price task orders and an ordering period of 11 months from date of award. There is a geographical restriction to the West Coast of the United States. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be released the week of 11 September 2017 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web page at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation and specification will not be issued. It is incumbent upon offerors to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for RFP release and all subsequent amendments.
