COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE VA262-17-Q-1918 Responses are due by 3:00 pm (PST), Monday, September 11, 2017 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-1918 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 750 Employees.
