Amendment 0001 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to furnish and deliver a subcompact tractor, front-end loader attachment with bucket, mower deck, bagger, and 2-stage snow blower attachment. Tractor specifications include: - Diesel engine with between 23.5 and 25 HP - 4-wheel drive - 3 Point Hitch - Limited CAT 1 or better - Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) - Turf Tires - Total Hydraulic capacity of 6.3 GPM or greater - Implement Hydraulics of 3.5 GPM or greater Front End Loader with Standard Materials Bucket - Minimum lift capacity 830 lbs at max height at pivot pins Snow Blower Attachment - 2 stage front mount - intake width 50"-54" Mower Deck - Mid-mount PTO drive-over deck - 54" width - 3 blades Material Collection System (bagger) - min. capacity 14 bushels This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333111 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
