Amendment 0002 - Revised Drawing C-501 Amendment 0002 - Revised Drawing C-101 Amendment 0002 to solicitation W912ES-17-B-0012 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District has a requirement for a contractor to repair and rehabilitate asphalt parking lots at Lock and Dam No. 6, in Trempealeau, Wisconsin (Trempealeau County). This work is to repair and refurbish the parking lots at Lock and Dam No. 6, located in Trempealeau County, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to all plant, labor, and materials for pavement removal, tack coat, asphalt non-wear and wear courses, surfacing aggregate, crack repair, bituminous fog seal, seal coat, sod, and pavement markings (striping and handicap symbols). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310; Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $36.5M. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business Firms. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. No CDs or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking FBO for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be SAM registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov. Solicitation has been Amended 5 September 2017. Amendment 0002 changes quantities in the Bid Schedule and updates drawings C-101 and C-501. Amendment 0001 makes changes to the contract requirements, bid schedule and plan drawings.
