The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, USAID/Pakistan, intends to process a modification to increase the period of performance and ceiling of the Construction Monitoring and Evaluation Program (CMEP) contract being implemented by AGES Consultants to provide critical technical assistance for construction of Kalat-Quetta-Chaman Road in Baluchistan province of Pakistan to include review of design and cost, quality assurance, verification and achievement of payment milestones and environmental compliance. Increase in the period of performance will be for eighteen months from October 01, 2017 to March 30, 2019 and the proposed modification will increase the total estimated cost (TEC) of the CMEP contract number AID-391-C-12-00003 by $250,000. The activity requires clearance of partner vetting procedure, establishment and opening of local offices, hiring local staff and obtaining necessary clearances including host country No Objection certificates (NOCs) to operate in the project location.
