Attachments 1-4 and the Statement of Work Blank RFQ sheet - please fill out with all necessary company information, and pricing information. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N3904017RQ70408. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94, 2005-95 (01/19/2017) and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 238390 and the Small Business Standard is $15.0 million. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following (in accordance with the attached request for quote sheet): Specifications: Please see the attached Statement of Work, Rev B, titled "Specification for a Modular Metal Building." Line Item 0001: Modular Metal Enclosure, in accordance with Attachment 1 and the Statement of Work, Rev B (Attachment 2). Line Item 0002: Assemble enclosure, in accordance with Attachment 3 Line Item 0003: Demolition of current enclosure, in accordance with Attachment 4. Desired Period of Performance start date: 9/25/2017 Place of Performance: Point Loma Sub Base, San Diego, CA Please see the separate Word document titled "Request for Quote - Vendor Info and Pricing" for more information. These should be readily identified by the item ID number. - The details of any/all exceptions taken to the specification. METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed to miles.beaudoin@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All quotes shall include price(s), a Point of Contact, name, email address, phone/FAX number, cage code, and business size. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the offeror to meet all specifications and requirements. Evaluation Criteria: AWARD - SINGLE AWARD FOR ALL ITEMS Due to the interrelationship of the items involved, the right is reserved to make a single award to the responsive offeror whose total proposal on all items is low.
