PICTURES OF DESIRED BILLBOARDS REQUEST FOR QUOTES 9/1-The RFQ is now posted - please note the closing date for submission of quotes is 12 Sep 2017 at 3 PM. SYNOPSIS: The II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) G-10 aboard Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the production and leasing of media space on six outdoor billboards throughout the state of North Carolina for a period of 12 months as part of the 2017 Protect What Youve Earned Campaign. There will be one option year for the FY18 - FY19 timeframe included in this award. The proposed acquisition is UNRESTRICTED and t he associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541850, Outdoor Advertising Services and the small business size standard is $15 Million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. It is the Governments intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order on an "all or none" basis for all items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The Statement of Work and item specifications will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.FBO.gov, on or about 3 days from this posting. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Invoicing, receipt, acceptance and property transfer (iRAPT) (Formerly WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
