Description

This will be a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor shall provide two rapid deployable shelter systems to U.S. Army Pacific, Asia Pacific Counter-IED Fusion Center (APCFC) located on Schofield barracks, Hawaii 96857. These shelter systems must be able to accommodate four personnel and four workstations which include a total of eight desks approximately 60"L x 30W" x 26H" in size, eight chairs, eight laptops and eight monitors. The expandable shelters must meet the following requirements: •1. When collapsed, the shelter must not exceed 10L x 8W x 8H and cannot exceed 11,700 lbs in weight as it must be able to be rapidly loaded onto military aircraft •2. Contain 4 each stationary jacks to level the container on ground and 4 each stainless steel floor d-ring tie downs •3. Manually expandable walls to provide additional space while deployed in order for personnel to work inside •4. A 120/208, 3 Phase, 60A electrical panel and grounding rod •5. Internal florescent lighting, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors •6. An HVAC system that is capable of maintaining a comfortable internal temperature in hot and cold environments •7. 3 each surface mounted tray with 4 electrical outlets; 1 each ground fault circuit interrupter and 3 each duplex outlets •8. 1 each wall mounted Ethernet tray with 2 each category 6 Ethernet jacks per tray and 1 each 3" data pass thru •9. 1 each power support cable pigtail (4, 60A) and 1 each power support cable (50, 60A) The contractor shall provide for all necessary shipping and handling, to include inside delivery to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii 96857. It is anticipated that the required delivery dates would be no later than 30-60 days from placement of the order. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 05 September 2017, with a response date on or about 12 September 2017. The actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 12 September 2017. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Governments use of such information.
