SOLICITATION NUMBER: M67400-17-Q-0156 SOLICITATION CLOSES: 15 Sep 2017 at 11:00 (JST) Point of Contact: Isoko Tomimoto Telephone: 011-81-98-970-8695 Email responses preferred: isoko.tomimoto.ja@usmc.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-17-Q-0156 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is N060 and the NAICS code is 515210. The Government is soliciting a quote for CATV Cable Installation at Bldg. 504 on MCAS Futenma in Okinawa Japan. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW), and a Floor Plan (Attachment 1) for the requirements details. The rooms listed in the floor plan requires total six (6) cable outlets (red marks in the floor plan). The Government intends on issuing a Purchase Order to the quoter that meets following factors: Technical Capability and Price. *The site visit is scheduled as follows: Date: 7 Sep 2017, 09:00 (JST). Location: Bldg. 504, MCAS Futenma in Okinawa Japan. Potential quoter(s) desiring to attend the site visit shall contact the responsible Contracting Specialist, isoko.tomimoto.ja@usmc.mil at Regional Contracting Office (RCO), no later than 6 Sep 2017, 11:00 (Japan Standard Time). *Questions must be addressed to Isoko Tomimoto via email: isoko.tomimoto.ja@usmc.mil by 11 Sep 2017, 11:00 (JST).
