MARKET RESEARCH / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS Federal Supply Code (FSC) 7610 Books and Pamphlets The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center in Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing Medical Visual Translator Cards for the Center for Information Dominance (CID) in Pensacola, FL. Delivery is required 30 days after contract award. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 5419930, with a small business size standard of $7.5M. DRAFT Specifications are attached. NOTE: Interested vendors must be capable of providing EVERYTHING listed in the specifications. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time), Wednesday, 6 September 2017, to Danielle Dinger at danielle.dinger@navy.mil stating the following information: (1) Sources Sought Number N68836-17-Q-0357; (2) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email; (3) Contractor (CAGE Code); (4) Size of business; (5) If the Items can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market; (6) Salient characteristics of the equipment being proposed which demonstrate the equivalency to the parts requested by the Government, in accordance with the attached Description/Specification/Requirements document; and (7) Contractor (Manufacturer or Distributer). The Government will use the result of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above requirement should be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, or whether Full and Open Competition procedures will be utilized. Submissions are Not-To Exceed (NTE) 15 Standard typewritten pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response.
