The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Southern Region, AAQ-510(ATL), College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) # DTFASA-17-R-00845 to Purchase two (2) Snow Cat style 4-passenger vehicles to be delivered to multiple locations (Salt Lake City UT and Watkins CO) in accordance with the attached Specifications and the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336999 All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Please provide the following completed documents with your quote: 1.SOLICITATION/CONTRACT/ORDER FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Complete blocks 16, 25 & 28 a, b, & c and 22 & 23 for each line item) 2.Single page memorandum indicating your System for Award Management (SAM) active registration information to include Cage Code, DUNS number, and business size. Quotes are due 8 September 2017 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. The FAA reserves the right to make multiple awards to more than one vendor off this solicitation. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: The FAA has been exempted from several Federal laws and regulations as part of the 1996 DOT Appropriations Act, signed into law by President Clinton on November 15, 1995.
