GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:LA City:Crowley or Jennings Delineated Area:Bounded by the North by Hwy 98, on the South by IH-10, on the east by Hwy 3070, and on the West by Hwy 97. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):9,999 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):9,999 ABOA SF Space Type:Office/Warehouse/Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total):20 Parking Spaces (Surface):20 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Soft Term:0 Option 1 Term:0 Option 2 Term:0 Additional Requirements:Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. Requirement includes approximately 5,834 ABOA SF of office and light industrial space, 4,165 ABOA SF of warehouse space. A covered wareyard of 2,480 SF is required. Wareyard and warehouse space must meet minimum of 15 clear height. Building must be a minimum of 150 from inhabited buildings and public roads. The locations must be outside the corporate limits due to the need to store Class C explosives and to demonstrate and test noise-making devices (propane cannons and pyrotechnics). Site must be 150 feet from public streets or other buildings. The program must be able to discharge their government firearms on the leased facility to sight the firearms in outside. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
