sources sought information for Mobile Food Service opportunity This is a sources sought notice for the Nebraska Army & Air National Guard for all vendors that are able to respond and provide meals along/enroute for up to 500 Army and Air National Guardsmen along an undetermined route in response to Hurricane Harvey. The contractor will be required to be self sufficient and provide all labor, materials, subsistence, equipment and any other necessities in order to provide modified meal plan that could consist of hot breakfast, lunch and/or dinner meals and/or sack lunches. These meals could be required multiple times in the same day at separate locations. Chuckwagon style feeding will be required. The contractor will provide all paper products, individualized utensil packages, beverages and a modified meal that is nutritious to ensure the soldiers maintain their energy and health during this mission. Please respond to this sources sought synopsis by submitting the requested information that provides your capabilities and experience in providing these services. Also, include if you have provided services of this type in relation to a natural disaster. Experience working with government entities is key.
