Amendment 25 Aug 2017 - 1. Are the verts to be removed from the aircraft before sanding/painting? (Yes) 2. Are both verts to sanded/painted at the same time? (Yes) 3. Are both verts to be supported by the fixture at the same time? (Yes) 4. Are there areas on the vert in which it can be safely supported? If so, please identify them. (Verts will be removed by hand and placed in the stand, the entire vert will need to be supports and the supports do not need to interfere with the sanding/painting process) 5. Whats the total weight of the verts to be supported by the fixture? (roughly 750lbs) 6. What is the towing equipment and the required minimum towing speed? (a pintle hook style towing capability is needed, the max speed will be 15 to 25 mph.) 7. Are drawings required for Quote submittal? (Yes) THIS SOLICITAION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 1 SEPTEMBER 2017 @ 12:00pm PST. Amendment 29 Aug 2017- 1. Is V-Tail Wing one or two pieces? One piece. 2. How should V-Tail stand when removed from aircraft? Horizontally.
