52.212-5 Please fill out the attached Quote Sheet and submit with your quote. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington has a requirement for a Meeting Space and Refreshments for the period October 1, 2017 - September 30, 2022. The Government will award a firm fixed price/indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with pre-established fixed contract prices, based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable, with a maximum oredering threshold of $75,000. Requirement shall be limited to properties within a.5-mile radius (walking distance) of downtown Bremerton, (PSNS Memorial Plaza Park, 250 1st Street, Bremerton, WA will be used as the center of radius). This RFQ is being solicited as a full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 531120, Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini-warehouses), with a business size standard of $27.6 million. The Product Service Code Class is X1AB. All vendors submitting a quote shall be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Cage Code or Duns number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 12:00 P.M. Pacific on September 11, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
