Set Aside : N/A Classification Code: V- Transportation,Travel and Relocation Services NAICS Code: 238-- Specialty Trade Contractor/238290 Other Building Equipment Contractor Synopsis: Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CustomVault. MDARNG intends to award a sole source task order for the procurement of Construction Service inclusive of a Modular Vault dismantle, movement, mantle, make repairs and recertification of the vault under the General Services Administration certification GSA AA-V-2737. The modular vault is currently located in Greenbelt, MD, and will be relocated to Parkville, MD. The Contractor is required to furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, repair services, lift equipment and transportation to complete dismantling and mantle of the modular vault from location to another. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; The proposed acquisition action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by September 8, 2017 at 5:00 PM ET.
