SYNOPSIS FOR SCBA Carbon Cylinders with Valve Assembly Marine Corps Air Station, New River, North Carolina has requirements for a quantity of fifty-one (51) SCBA Carbon Cylinder with Valve Assembly. Brand Name or Equal MFR: Scotts Safety; MFR Model Number: 804722-01 Item: SCBA Carbon Cylinder with Valve Assembly, Color: Gray, Pressure: 4500 psi, Duration: 45 Minutes at 40 lpm, Length: 23.5 inches with valve, Diameter: 6.30 inches, Weight with Valve Empty: 9.75 lbs, Must be compatible with Scott Safety Self Contained Breathing Apparatus Standards: NIOSH Approved It is the Governments intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339113, Firefighting Suits and Accessories Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M67001-17-Q-1387 will be posted on or about 2 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website.
