RFQ WE133F17RQ3853RBC The goals for this contract are to create NetMap analyses of all the remaining independent populations of Oregon Coast coho salmon that will contain quantitative information in a number of categories of coho salmon habitat features. Objectives will include analyses of individual watersheds and application of multiple GIS layers of information. For example, maps that show high likelihood of recruitment of large wood into salmon-bearing streams and high quality potential beaver habitat. The results will be used in producing population-level Strategic Action Plans as well as ESU-level restoration priorities and strategies. The contractor will assist NOAA Fisheries West Coast Region, Oregon Washington Area Office in identifying and implementing the most cost-effective recovery effort possible that will result in the delisting of a threatened species. This could be the first ever salmon ESU to be delisting under the ESA. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Instructions for submitting quotations under this request for quote must be followed. Failure to provide all information to aid in the evaluation may be considered non-responsive. Offers that are non-responsive may be excluded from further evaluation and rejected without further notification to the offeror. 1. Quotes shall be fully executed and returned on the Standard Form (SF) 18 and any acknowledgements of solicitation amendments on the SF 30. 2.
