Description

Fatigue Testing per SOW. Solicitation N00421-17-Q-0408-0001 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis BRU-32 30-in suspension hook fatigue testing in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Be advised: Although requirement is NOT set-aside for small business; REASONABLE offers from small business owners will be the priority for consideration. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal due to unreasonable cost is solely within the discretion of the Government. ***Basis for Award*** Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factor. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendors best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
