Amended RFI to include Portable Patient Tracking This RFI has been amended to include the receiving technologies related to portable patient tracking as described below, with a closing date of August 29, 2017. The following information has been added: Portable patient tracking. Handheld standalone unit or application ("app") compatible with commercially available phones capable of documenting information on medical patients, including photographs, and basic descriptive and medical characteristics and data. Characteristic/data fields should be capable of customization and should include the ability to enter free form text/notes. System should be capable of transmitting field-collected photos and information from individual units into a centralized database with the ability to aggregate, query, and search across entries. Must include or be compatible with systems capable of facial recognition/matching using photos received from an outside source. System should be designed for both daily use by Emergency Medical Services personnel as well as during events requiring rapid information collection for a mass casualty event.
