Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grant Services intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to the American Journal of Preventive Medicine for publishing a special supplement on FDAs "The Real Cost " Youth tobacco Prevention Campaign in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine. Given tobaccos role as the leading preventable cause of death and disease in the U.S., this journal is a highly appropriate forum for disseminating information about tobacco prevention campaign development and implementation. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities to respond to the requirement prior to the response date of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations, or any other solicitation document. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed simplified acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
