Solicitation: W91WAW-08-R-0026 Posted Date: 02/15/2008 Response Date: 03/05/2008 Set-Aside: Small Business/One Award Contracting Office: Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, 5200 Army Pentagon, R oom 1C256, Washington, DC 20310-5200 Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subprt 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This an nouncement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be separately issued. This requirement is to support the Department of Defense Washington Headquarters Services Pentagon Building Management O ffice (PBMO). Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the required services to be located at various locations as defined in the Performance Work State ment and standards within the solicitation. The Contractor is required to perform inspection and/or maintenance services on a monthly basis. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), in support of the Department of Defense Washington Headquarters Servic es (DodWHS) and The Army Contracting Agency will solicit and administer this requirement. This RFP is set-aside for Small Business Concerns. A Firm-Fixed Price Single Award contract intended. The Period of Performance for the maintenance portion is for one (1) base year with four (4) option years estimated to begin 24 March 2008. Submit a cost breakdown on the Bid Schedule for each year including the base and option. EX: You must submit five (5) proposals on the Bid Schedule contained within the solicita tion. All inquiries must be in writing via email to normaay@hqda.army.mil Any/all questions must be submitted by 25 February 2008 @ 10:00 a.m. eastern standard time. Answers will be posted on or about 28 February 2008. The RFQ closing date is 05 March 2008 @ 11:00 a.m. eastern standard time. Please email your proposals to normaay@hqda.army.mil NOTE: The issue date is 15 February 2008, response due dates and times delineated above, 05 March 2008 11:00 am est., is the OFFICIAL response date and time. An amendment to this solicitation will be forthcoming to remove the DRAFT watermark. Prior to this amendment, this current solicitation document is to be treated as a valid solicitation document.
