Description

The 10th Contracting Division plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Penrose-St. Francis Health Services-Centura Laboratories, 2215 N. Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, management, supplies, equipment and material necessary to provide the United States Air Force Academy, 10th Medical Group, Critical Care Unit (CCU), with back-up emergency/stat clinical laboratory testing of patient specimens to include routine pathology consult and blood bank services on a 24/7/365 day basis. Specimen testing services are for emergency situations requiring a response time of two hours or less. The two hour response time is defined as the time the contractor picks-up and signs for the specimen(s) at the United States Air Force Academy, Critical Care Unit, building 4102, to the time the test results are telephonically or electronically received at the CCU.
