The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Little Rock, AR has a requirement for a contractor to provide educational training (via video tapes, CD, or DVD), tests, and evaluations for Dept. of Veterans Affairs Police & Security Service. The training subjects shall all be law enforcement related. The performance period will be 4/1/2008 through 09/30/2008 with two (2) one (1) year options. Scope of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies needed to provide one (1) 30-minute law enforcement training tape and test monthly to each VA Medical Center's (nationwide) Police & Security Service Unit (addresses for each VAMC will be included in the solicitation package). The contractor shall dub, package and mail the tapes and tests to each VA Medical Center listed on a monthly basis. The mail out will include selected training tapes and tests covering the major learning points of the selected training program for Police & Security Services. The packages shall be shipped to arrive during the first week of each month. The solicitation will be posted on or about 2/27/08. This requirement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 611710, size standard $6.5 mil.
