Performance Work Statement Quote Sheet Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Hotel Retreat 18 August 2017 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.The solicitation number is W912NR-17-Q-0727 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ);A Government site visit to the hotel may be requested prior to award. 3.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. 4.This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721110. The applicable small business size standard is $32.5 million. 5.The following line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are applicable to this acquisition: Table 1 CLIN DESCRIPTION QTYUNIT OF MEASURE 0001Hotel Retreat for the 601st AOC Airmen and Family Team (AFT) in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement.1EA 6.This requirement is for Hotel Retreat for the 159th Fighter Wing in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). Lodging and meal rates must be at or below the per diem rates. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2(a), the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
