Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is P17PS02713, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561622 with an associated small business size standard of $20.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Also, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov/. DESCRIPTION. The Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area (LARO) in Washington, intends to procure and re-key the cores and keys throughout the Park. An assessment of the facilities to rekey, new lock cores for doors and padlocks, the appropriate number of keys, a key matrix and a master key control software package will need to be provided for the key system. All are currently secured using the Stanley BEST access lock, core and key system. Any core and key system used is required to be fully compatible with existing locking units and meet the specifications listed in Attachment 3. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. There are a total of six (6) attachments: Attachment no. 1 is the SF-18_P17PS02713, Attachment no. 2 is the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Attachment no. 3 is the Scope of Work and Specification details, Attachment no. 4 is the LARO Door Inventory, Attachment no. 5 is the LARO Maps, and Attachment no. 6 is the Department of Labor (DOL) wage decision rates, WDOL. All attachments can be accessed via the link to FedConnect or by going directly to the FedConnect website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Once at the FedConnect home page, click Search Public Opportunities Only. Under Search Criteria, change the drop-down menu selection to read Reference Number, then type in solicitation number P17PS02713 and click search. This should direct you to the synopsis/solicitation documentation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP). Estimate performance will begin on "TO BE DETERMINED" however, the work shall be completed within 90 days after contract award. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 4:30PM PACIFIC TIME (PT) on TUESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2017.
