Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a service requirement for laboratory soil testing services by a USACE validated laboratory or one that is in the process of being validated. No CDs or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking fbo.gov for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM, have an active account, and have completed the Representations & Certification sections (FAR and DFARS) prior to receiving an award. Initial registration could take up to 4 weeks. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
