COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NUMBER: P17PS02491 WICR COLLECTION CONDITION SURVEY, REPUBLIC, MO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, with incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #Fac 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017. This procurement is a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.203(b) and FAR 19.501(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, and the small business size standard is $15M. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item. The Service Contract Act does not apply. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Amendments shall be issued via www.fbo.gov. To be considered, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number at the time of contract award. Lack of an active registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. For more information on SAM Registration, please visit the Small Business Administrations website and sam.gov, or contact your local Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) for assistance. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer via email to terri_dyke@nps.gov on or before 3:00 PM Central Time, 31 Aug 2017. Late proposals may not be considered. The National Park Service, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), 11 North 4th Street, Saint Louis, MO 63102, seeks a qualified firm to 1) conduct an on-site Collection Condition Survey (CCS) at Wilson s Creek National Battlefield, MO; and 2) produce a report identifying the conservation and preservation needs of individual objects stored and exhibited at the Park.
