AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JB-17-T-4035 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333911 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-08-17 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48045 The National Guard - Michigan requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: SUPPLY AND INSTALL TWO (2) NEW REPLACEMENT 3" SUBMERSIBLE, NON-CLOG, NEW FLOATS AND CONTROL PANEL THREE PHASE POWER, PUMPS RATED FOR 90 GPM AT 15 HEAD FEET.LOCATED AT SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, MI."A SITE VISIT" HAS BEEN SCHEDULE FOR 09 AUGUST 2017(WEDNESDAY) AT 1:00 PM(EST)AT SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, MI. SEE BUY TERMS-"SITE VISIT" FOR DETAILS. Products quoted must be equal to or better than product required. If equivalent, please ensure salient characteristics match or exceed the extended description listed. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Bidders should visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonable necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve bidders/offerors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The government will assume no responsibility for any understanding or representation concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the invitation for bids or related documents.
