Based on the aforementioned, VIP Rubber is the only source that can meet NUWCDIVNPTs requirements. Required delivery is 8 weeks after the date of award, F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offerors must be JCP Certified to request the drawing. This requirement is a unrestricted sole source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP).
