THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for construction supplies for Division of Transportation, in Fort Defiance, Arizona. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A17PS01216, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is for a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 237310, Size standards $36.5. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and incidental necessary to deliver asphalt material to be delivered to Building 40, Blue Canyon Rd, Fort Defiance, AZ.
