INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS STATEMENT OF WORK SF1442 The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Englewood, located in Littleton, Colorado, has a requirement for the installation of a fire sprinkler system. The contractor will provide and install UL listed fire sprinkler system and fire detection system meeting all aspects of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) guidelines. System shall provide sprinkler coverage of the specified area with both visible and audible warning signals for the area. The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to install a new fire sprinkler system, in the suicide watch and observation rooms located in the Health Services Department, at FCI Englewood, 9595 W. Quincy Avenue, Littleton, CO 80123. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220. IMPORTANT: Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Each offerors SAM registration will be reviewed by the Government to confirm that your business size meets the small business size standard requirement.
