G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Houston, TX The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services. The contractors will provide services within a 10 mile radius of 1819 Commerce Street, Houston, TX 77002, and must be accessible to public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on August 1, 2017 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on July 31, 2027. The services required for this contract include a Base Year and Option Years One through Nine. The following services are required and may be subcontracted to another licensed contractor. The request for quote will be available on or after June 2, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about June 19, 2017. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement will be setaside for small businesses. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
